Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying EshopAuditor Pro. This policy explains your refund rights clearly and without fine print.
1. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason.
This right is granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies automatically — it does not depend on anything going wrong with the Service.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@eshopaudit.io within 14 days of your initial purchase. Include your account email and a brief statement that you wish to withdraw. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request, via Paddle (our payment processor).
By purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge that the Service is made available immediately. We process full refunds within the 14-day window for all first-time Pro purchases, in line with EU consumer law.
2. Discretionary Refunds Outside 14 Days
After the 14-day window has passed, refunds are not guaranteed but we handle them on a case-by-case basis. We are more likely to issue a refund if:
- You experienced a significant technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, and we were unable to resolve it.
- The purchase was duplicated due to a billing error.
- There are other exceptional circumstances at our reasonable discretion.
To request a discretionary refund, email support@eshopaudit.io with your account email, the relevant transaction details, and an explanation of the situation.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days in the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the period ends.
4. Trial Periods
EshopAuditor does not currently offer a free trial of the Pro tier. A permanent free tier is available with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the core functionality before subscribing.
5. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is straightforward:
- Log in to your account and visit the billing settings, or
- Email support@eshopaudit.io and we will process it for you.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not delete your account or your audit history.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at support@eshopaudit.io before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues — including billing errors, accidental renewals, and service problems — can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. In the event of an abusive or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the associated account and provide Paddle (our payment processor) with all relevant documentation to contest the dispute.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been initiated.
