Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
EshopAuditor Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle. This page explains who processes your payment, how refunds work, and how to cancel your subscription.
1. Paddle is the Merchant of Record
All payments for EshopAuditor are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. This means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record for your purchase: your payment relationship, invoice, and receipt are with Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing, VAT/sales tax, and billing support.
2. Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy
Because Paddle is the seller of your transaction, refunds are reviewed and issued by Paddle under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which include Paddle's refund policy. We do not operate a separate refund scheme of our own. Refunds beyond your statutory rights are granted at Paddle's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For subscriptions, this right applies to the first payment of a new subscription — you may withdraw within 14 days of your initial purchase.
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to subsequent automatic renewal charges. If you do not wish to be charged again, cancel your subscription before the renewal date (see Section 5).
4. How to request a refund
Refund requests go to Paddle, the seller of your transaction. You can reach them:
- Via the link in your transaction confirmation email from Paddle ("View receipt" / "Manage subscription"), or
- Via Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net, where you can look up your order and contact Paddle's support.
If you are unsure where to start, email us at support@eshopaudit.io and we will point you in the right direction — but please note that the refund itself is decided and issued by Paddle.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or via the "Manage subscription" link in any Paddle receipt email. Cancellation:
- Stops all future charges — your subscription will not renew again.
- Takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you keep Pro access until that date.
- Is not a refund of payments already made.
6. Processing time
Refunds issued by Paddle are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once a refund has been initiated.
