Yes — there are no contracts and no commitments. Cancel from the Paddle customer portal at any time. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
We send your audit data to Claude (Anthropic) for AI-powered explanations. Anthropic does not use this data to train any models — this is enforced by our API contract. Inputs and outputs are retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days for abuse-monitoring, then automatically deleted. We do not opt in to Anthropic's user-feedback or development-partner programs that could share data for model improvement.
One audit = one full scan of a URL you submit. On Free that scan covers up to 10 pages of the storefront; on Pro up to 250. A side-by-side comparison counts as 2 audits because it runs two full scans in parallel — on Free that spends your entire allowance, so it's best saved for Pro.
Pro reads your sitemap.xml first; if no sitemap is found we fall back to crawling from your homepage. From the discovered URLs we take up to 250 pages (in sitemap order), and we never crawl checkout, cart, login, account, search, newsletter, or contact pages.
Refunds are handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record and seller of record for all EshopAuditor transactions. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on the first payment of a new subscription; it does not cover later renewal charges. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or paddle.net. You can also cancel anytime to stop future charges — see our Refund Policy for details.
Lighthouse audits one page at a time and tells you nothing about e-commerce signals — product schema, faceted-nav indexability, hreflang for multi-language stores. Sitebulb is a desktop crawler you run yourself. EshopAuditor is hosted, e-commerce-specific, runs a full-site crawl up to 250 pages, side-by-side comparisons, and writes plain-language fixes for the top issues with e-commerce context in mind — so your team ships fixes instead of decoding Lighthouse reports.
Free includes 2 audits in total — a one-time health check, not a monthly quota. Each domain can be audited once on Free, and the allowance never renews. Re-auditing a domain — to measure progress after you've fixed things — is what Pro is for.
